[Show less]This is a time line guide for planning a wedding. Basic assumptions are made here, but you can adjust as needed.
1. The engagement has happened, therefore no discussions of engagement are here
2. You have set a date
3. You have at least 9 months (you can adjust the dates in this project as needed)
When possible, we have uploaded template spreadsheets for you to use in comparing vendors. We suggest an easy way to organize is to use a Google account.
Create an email address that represents both of you. This is a great email to use when communicating to your friends, family, and vendors about the wedding.
Use "Google Docs" to in this account for your comparisons and notes. This allows both of you, and anyone else you share the document with to update as needed, its accessible anywhere you have internet, and multiple people can access it at the same time.

[Show less]Building an open source space studies teaching resource. Teaching star will provide, free of cost, ideas for educators at the primary through high school grades to help them integrate space topics in the everyday curriculum. This will provide those students who have limited access to high level facilities such as space camps or science museums the opportunity to engage in hands on space learning. The material will be culled from various on- and off-line sources and organized by grade level and subject.

Opening Ceremonies at 5:30pm
with Benjamin Zander's speech concluding around 9:00pm
Bryant's Elevator Pitch Competition is one of the largest in the world, and always known as a gathering of community leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and educators.
About 100 freshman student teams passionately pitch their business or nonprofit ideas to a panel of 5 or 6 semifinal round judges. This part of the competition is scheduled for October 14th. When the 100 teams get narrowed down to 10, they move on and compete in the final round on October 21st.
This year, we are so honored and privileged to present Mr. Benjamin Zander as our keynote speaker. Mr. Zander is the acclaimed conductor of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, 4-time speaker at the World Economic Forum, TED Talker '08, and sought after leadership expert by hundreds of Fortune 500 companies.
We are proud to present our final round judges:
1. Alan Hassenfeld (Retired CEO and Chairman of Hasbro)
2. Evie Goldfine (former member of the Board of Directors and former Chief Administrative Officer of Omnipoint Corporation, now T-Mobile)
3. John Pantarillo, President of RDW Group
4. Troy Byrd, founder Global Entrepreneurship Program and builder of Bryant's Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization (#1 in the Nation)
5. Andy Thomas – former President of Heineken USA
6. John Olinger – CEO & President of Rockstar Limos
7. Susan Keller - highly-respected lawyer at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge
8. Peter Dorsey, Senior Vice President of the Business Development Company of Rhode Island
9. Dean Jack Trifts of Bryant’s Business School
10. Dean David Lux of Bryant’s School of Arts & Sciences
11. James Damron – VP of University Advancement – Bryant University
More than 150 entrepreneurs, investors, entrepreneurial educators & professors, lawyers, businesspeople and social entrepreneurs have been invited and are being followed up with daily.

[Show less]City Uprising is a unique opportunity for God's people to unite in New York City and Baltimore. It is a movement born out of the Gallery Church to propel the local church and prosper the city. Through an intensive four-day worship and service experience City Uprising hopes to inspire resolute commitment to the local church, raise awareness of the need to reach the world's major cities with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ through new churches, and build a bridge into the heart of the city through love and service.

[Show less]At the bottom of the steepest hill on the property of La Choza del Mundo is a flat clearing, right at the edge of the jungle and close to the large waterfall. There is a trail leading to this spot, and approximately 40 Pau d'arco trees have been planted in this vacinity in July 2008.
Clearing on La ChozaLarge Waterfall
In March 2008, there was a landslide in the jungle causing three hardwood trees to fall very close to this area. Also, in the same trip, we visited a traditional 'Rancho' in Zapaton, which is an open air structure and usually used for community meetings. This area is envisioned to be the 'Medicinal Area' at La Choza, and as such is a great environment to create a Rancho out of the recently fallen trees next to ths site. Zapaton is an indigenous town in Costa Rica and only 7 kilometers away from La Choza del Mundo. There are many residents which have built Ranchos and are experts in thatched roofing.
This will be the first new structure at La Choza, and will be initially used for hammocks and work space below, and a basic wood floor and bedding area above.
